CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you all for your continued support and loyalty! To ensure a smoother booking experience and to better protect my time, we’ve made some important updates to my policies. Please understand & respect the following rescheduling guidelines. Our time is valuable just like yours and together with communication we can avoid an upset in our calendar. All appointments will require a non-refundable retainer fee to secure your spot. The retainer will only be refunded in cases of personal emergencies or sickness. Additionally, all appointments must be made through my website, Bailey and Chasity will no longer be booking appointments directly. Updated Policies: • Clients must reschedule or cancel their appointment at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service. • If a client reschedules or cancels within 48 hours of their appointment, they will be charged 50% of the service cost. • If a client is 15 or more minutes late, it will be considered a no-call no-show, and they will be charged 100% of the service cost. These updates are necessary to ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, and I appreciate your understanding as I implement these changes.
