CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you all for your continued support and loyalty! To ensure a smoother booking experience and to better protect my time, I’ve made some important updates to my policies. Please understand & respect the following rescheduling guidelines. My time is valuable just like yours and together with communication we can avoid an upset in our calendar. All appointments will require a $25 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. The deposit will only be refunded in cases of personal emergencies or sickness. Additionally, all appointments must be made through my website, as I will no longer be booking appointments directly. Updated Policies: • Clients must reschedule or cancel their appointment at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service. • If a client reschedules or cancels within 48 hours of their appointment, they will be charged 50% of the service cost. • If a client is 15 or more minutes late, it will be considered a no-call no-show, and they will be charged 100% of the service cost. These updates are necessary to ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, and I appreciate your understanding as I implement these changes. NO extra guests! •No children •No Friends

This is a safety concern. There are no exceptions to the terms listed above. All card transactions require a 3.5% card processing fee paying cash, Cashapp, Zelle, or Venmo will waive the processing fee. *SERVICE FEES SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME*
